Our Fee Structure

At Rafco Maintenance Services, our goal is simplicity and transparency — with no hidden costs or fees. Before any project work is started, we provide an estimate* for your approval. Plus we use internet communication to help simplify the process.

We charge a flat rate of $67.50/hour along with Cost of Materials +15%. If Preferred Trade Vendor work is needed (i.e. a licensed plumber or electrician), their hourly fee will also be charged (which may be higher) along with a Rafco 15% Project Supervision Fee. The minimum charge is
1 hour.

* Final estimate is contingent upon job site inspection, accessibility and scope of project.
