Distinguished Real Estate Designation Impacts
Asset Value of RAFCO Managed Properties
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – 12/8/16
RAFCO has earned the Accredited Management Organization (AMO) designation
from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the only recognition of excellence given to real estate management firms. RAFCO joins only 11 other AMO firms in St. Louis and 560 worldwide.
RAFCO demonstrated a commitment to higher standards, skilled leadership from an executive CPM (Certified Property Manager), financial stability and investment oversight to fulfill the criteria of the AMO. Additionally, requirements to earn the AMO, include extensive coursework, abiding by a stringent Professional Code of Ethics and meeting specific high standards of operations and client service.
“The AMO gives our clients and prospects an added layer of assurance that their assets are in trusted and very capable hands,” said Tina Rafael, Senior Vice President, RAFCO Properties. “Having the AMO designation is affirmation of our commitment to setting the standards in the real estate management industry. It is a value add for both our organization and our clients, and we are proud to be among the elite group of firms that have earned this prestigious credential.”
RAFCO operates under an integrated management and consulting business model to provide expert insight in all phases of real estate management and development–from new construction design and planning, to strategic and capital improvement planning and implementation, and through daily financial and maintenance operations.
