Villas at Fountain Place
This 19 villa development in University City turned to Rafco Properties to offer property management services prior to the Developer turning the management over to the Association. We were happy to attend the turn-over transition meeting with the Board President to ensure that all information, documents, reports and income were properly transferred. This timing allowed for a fairly seamless transition and helped establish a positive rapport with the developer and a firm comfort level with the Association Board of Directors. |
